What’s your return and exchange policy?
Our goal is to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health, and lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and we will accept any full-sized product purchased directly from for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.

We cannot provide return labels for International returns at this time.

All online orders must be returned through Customer Care and in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase.

Please know we are unable to refund shipping charges.

I purchased your products from an authorized retailer, can I return them to you?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process returns for products that were not purchased directly from us.
